Below are the exam and open enrollment schools that we find are commonly available to our graduating 6th-grade students. We hope you find this an easy way to explore your options and make a well-informed next choice for your child.

Exam School Options

Students are required to meet the minimum GPA in order to be considered for an invitation to a BPS exam school.​

  • Applicants must have earned a B or higher average GPA in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies in the first trimester of the current school year; and ELA and Math in the last marking period of the previous school year. â€‹

    • For grade 7 applicants, this will be the first trimester/semester of their grade 6 marks AND the last marking period of their grade 5 marks.

These are the open-enrollment schools that we find are commonly available to our students. Not all of these options are available for your child.
